Installation of lightning protection systems
As our weather becomes more volatile, there is an increased risk of lightning strikes, with approximately 300,000 each year in the UK. The bigger and taller your building is, the more likely it is to need protection from a lightning protection system. Needless to say, a lightning strike can cause costly repairs and put your building, equipment and occupants in danger. Adding a lightning conductor will protect your building from damage and the fire risks associated with stormy weather.
Wallbridge are experts in the installation of new lightning protection systems across South and Central England. Our systems have been installed on modern public and commercial buildings, heritage and ecclesiastical buildings. We also install earthing to scaffolding, generators and install HV/LV Earthing Array. All new lightning protection installations comply to British standard BS EN 62305.

Fully Qualified
On request, we can prepare a risk assessment to establish whether your building needs lightning protection and if so, to which standard of BS EN 62305. We will then go on to prepare a quotation which will cover your needs. There is usually a charge for the risk assessment.
We are full members of ATLAS (The Association of Technical and Lightning and Access Specialists) and SLPTG (Steeplejack and Lightning Protection Training Group), so you can be assured of our standard of work.
Health and safety is of the utmost importance, so we are accredited to several significant health and safety assessors, including CHAS, Constructionline and SafeContractor, for your peace of mind.
We offer a free quote for all works, including a free site survey if necessary. For more information or to arrange a visit, get in touch.
